a return after receiving your item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if
the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
This will allow us to assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain product types, such as perishable
items (e.g., food, flowers or plants), specialty items
(e.g., custom orders or personalized products), and personal care
products (e.g., beauty products), are non-returnable. We also
do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the
product you own and make a separate purchase of the new product once
the return is accepted.
14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European
Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14
days for any reason and without giving any reason. As mentioned above,
your product must be in the same condition as when it arrived, i.e.,
unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must
also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you and
let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your
request is approved, the refund will be automatically credited to
your original payment method within 20 business days. Please note
that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and send the refund.
